- Because each order/item is hand made, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit, unless you are grossly dissatisfied with your purchase. If this is the case, please email me immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 48hrs of receiving your parcel to discuss partial refund options. After 48hrs we cannot accept these requests.
A refund will only be issued for the cost of the product - not the shipping. You are responsible for all shipping fees.
- Please note: all items are handmade. This means there will be some slight variations and imperfections that may occur. All items are one of a kind.
- Please make sure you’ve read the descriptions and order information very carefully to make sure you are ordering the correct item you want.
- Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, I am no longer responsible for it or the conditions, damages or losses that may occur during shipping.
- Once the parcel is on route, it cannot be redirected or cancelled mid-delivery, and no refund will be issued.
- I ship internationally. Rates and destinations are available on all listings.
- I use Canada Post Shipping methods only.

- Cancellation or special delivery instructions should be made immediately. Once the package is mailed it cannot be diverted or cancelled.

Canada Post suggests the following delivery times:
Canada: 2-10 business days
USA: 5-10 business days
International Air: 10-16 business days
